Dr. Imad Al Muala is an Associate Professor of Business Administration with areas of expertise in Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Total Quality Management, and Digital Transformation. His research interests include artificial intelligence in organizations, talent management, organizational communication, employee performance, workplace behavior, and sustainable organizational development. His recent research addresses the role of artificial intelligence in strategic planning and decision-making, as well as contemporary organizational and human resource issues. His scholarly work includes publications in Scopus-indexed journals, academic book chapters, and presentations at international conferences.

Dr. Al Muala has experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, research supervision, and academic administration, with contributions to curriculum development, quality assurance, accreditation, strategic planning, and academic program review. He has supervised more than 25 master’s theses and has served in academic leadership roles, including Head of the Business Administration Department and Assistant Dean of Student Affairs. He earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM), Malaysia, and continues to contribute to teaching, research, and academic development in higher education.
