Ms. Heba holds a Master degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). She also holds a Bachelor degree in English Linguistics and Literature with a second honor. She has obtained a Pass B in her Certificate of Language Teaching to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA)

Ms. Heba has six years of teaching Academic English courses in the Gulf Region. She has worked in different higher educational establishments, such as American University of Sharjah and King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah.

Her teaching philosophy entails the implication of student-centered methodologies that promote learner autonomy.
