Dr. Haya Ashour is a communication and Public Relations Consultant, she is a certified Trainer of Trainers in the fields of Soft Skills, Etiquette and protocol, Organizations and Strategy Management, Media Campaign Management, Leadership Skills, Scientific Research Methods, and many other courses in the areas of Management, Social Science, and the Art of Communication. She directed Campaigns for Candidates running for Parliament Elections and other official Elections. Also, she was successful in Developing and then Managing the Corporate Identity Reengineering for many institutions in the Region. Dr. Ashour is also Article writer to many Electronic news networks, beside the social media applications.

Dr. Ashour, her main interest is in the new development in the field of “Public Relations”, hence, she Published many Research and Studies in this field. However, she is always concurring with the fast changing of the world, and with the Fourth Industry Revolution, her research interest is more shifted towards the specialty area of “Digital Communication”. She shared with the Scientific Society her Research Publications in this area. The latest were published in Scopus: 1- Evolution of Digital Lingua to Enhance inter-Cultural Mediation Blog-Post or Social interaction. Japanese Language (case study) (Manuscript Submission Number-j.dcm.2023.100953). 2- Emotional Branding in Multimodal Personal Loan TV Advertisements: Analyzing Voices and Engagement Online Social Networks and Media in Volume No.33-2023.

In transferring her knowledge to university students and professionals seeking developments, she lectured in many universities and academies in Jordan covering the following topics: Communication Skills, Verbal Interactions, Effective Presentations, Event Management, Problem-Solving, Solution Building, Team Building, Etiquette and protocol, Time Management, Body Language, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Resolution, Leadership skills , Strategic Planning, Negotiation skills, Creative Thinking, Stress Management, Interdiction to Public Relations, Introduction to Marketing, Customer service, Introduction to HR, Project Management.

Dr. Ashour holds a degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) In Philology Mass Media, Peoples Friendship University of Russia, 21 May 2021, (Image of The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in The Russian Media (2015-2019). Moreover, she has other national, regional, and international certificates related to Academia: Diploma from Global Learning Partners (Canda). LEARNING TO LISTEN, LEARNING TO TEATCH. Recently, Dr. Ashour was awarded and honored by the President of the AL-Balqa Applied University in Jordan for her community Engagement through her volunteering work by Training freshly graduate students and university employees.
