Dr. Amer Al-Kassem is an associate professor in Business, he has been in the academics for Eighteen years. Obtained his doctoral degree from Rajesthan University, India. He has published several articles in deferent international journals related to the field of human resources management (HRM), emergency management, corporate governance, business ethics, and total quality management. In addition to that he got a vast experience in academic accreditation in higher education institutes.
