Mrs. Banan AL Kafri, holder of master’s in teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), with an extensive background in Research & Academic Writing has more than 12 years of experience, teaching a variety of research, academic writing, IELTS, and communication courses across the UAE. Mrs. Banan has worked in different higher educational establishments, such as the University of Sharjah, Ajman University, and the American University of Sharjah.

Research interests of Mrs. Banan are related to education policy and higher education accreditation, the role of education leadership on society, the empowerment of women leadership.

In addition to teaching and research, Mrs. Banan has also obtained an international certification from John Maxwell University in the USA as a certified Behavioral Analysis Trainer. Mrs. Banan has been additionally certified as a professional trainer, coach and speaker in her deliberate attempt to carry out her mission in life which is mainly about influencing others and adding value to their lives.
