Dr. Maureen Murphy is a professor of practice with a mix of pragmatic consulting experiences as well as academic experience. She earned a PhD in Applied Technology Performance Improvement from University of North Texas, Denton, Texas, United States of America. Dr Murphy is a member of world high ranked societies like Association for Talent Development and Society of Human Resource Management, she is actively functioning in different roles as a conference presenter and doctoral examiner. She finds a cognitive indulgence in the convergence of emerging technologies which has enabled her to serve as a consultant to the FDIC, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, to re-engineer business processes and training in IT infrastructure and document escheat practices as well as create training and performance for telecommunications at Verizon, an American telecom company. She has extensive experience in the use and application of learning management systems such as D2L, Moodle and Blackboard.
