Dr. Houda El Mustapha is an Assistant Professor at the College of Business Administration at the American University in the Emirates. She holds a Ph.D. in Innovation Management with concentration on consumer behavior and sustainability from the University of Twente, the Netherlands, and a master’s degree in Marketing from the Lebanese International University.
Besides her teaching and research experience between Lebanon and the Netherlands, Dr. El Mustapha has industry experience in areas of marketing, market research, entrepreneurship, and project management. Moreover, her major research interests include consumer behavior, technology management, and sustainable development.
Dr. El Mustapha published a number of research papers in the area of consumer behavior, stakeholder engagement, niche management, and sustainability in international journals and conferences. Her future research interests are in the area of consumer behavior, sustainable consumption, and social entrepreneurship.
