Uninest offers three room options to meet your individual requirements; twin en-suite (for sharing with a friend), single en-suite and studio en-suite. The single and twin rooms also offer shared kitchens and the studio includes its own kitchen. All apartments are segregated with male and female residents living separately. Uninest has a selection of public areas which are open to both male and female students. Uninest also offers an extensively equipped gym, a roof-top swimming pool and study spaces.

Location

Uninest is located in Dubailand which is about 10 minutes from the AUE campus and 20-30 minutes from all major entertainment destinations in Dubai. The Uninest shuttle-bus goes to DIAC multiple times per day. There are a number of local amenities including supermarkets, medical centre, restaurants and take-aways. Uninest also provides an evening shuttle to key destinations around Dubai so you can fulfil all your shopping needs.

The Uninest ‘Space to Grow’ programme is offered at all Uninest properties worldwide. The programme includes a series of learning and experience opportunities to optimize the lifestyle and success of residents. The programme is delivered in partnership with the Residence Team and the Student Council (made up of resident students who represent the student body).
