Dr. Khalid is an Associate Professor at the College of Law at the American University in the Emirates. He holds a Ph.D. in Private Law from Amman Arab University, a Master’s Degree in Commercial Arbitration from Juba University – Sudan, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Beirut Arab University – Lebanon.

Dr. Khalid is a founding member and a Vice-Chairman of the Cultural and Scientific Committee in the Arab International Federation of Arbitration Institutions and Centers Under Establishment, which was held in Amman in 2010.

Before joining the American University in the Emirates. He worked as a lawyer, then a faculty member and a dean in the Intermediate University College, Amman – Jordan.
Dr. Khalid has many research papers and advice in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
