Professor Krzymowski represented Poland at the International Renewable Energy Agency. During the second half of 2011, he was the EU Representative in the UAE. In the same year, he participated in the EU-GCC Joint Council, in related ministerial-level meetings, and in the International Contact Group for Libya.
