Mrs_Isra_Ibrahim_Abu_Zayed_cfad_d316312b3f2c27e2bdMs. Isra Abu Zayed graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from the American University in Dubai, having been awarded a full scholarship by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. She then moved on to achieve a Masters in Science from the British University in Dubai, specializing in Sustainable Design for the Built Environment.She has published and presented two distinct research papers. The first discussing ‘Corporate Social Responsibility of Multinational Enterprises in the MENA Region’ and the second discussing ‘The Importance of Passive Cooling Strategies within the UAE’. She has also attained over four years experience within the design and academic field.
She is passionate about both design and the environment, and works to guide her students towards designing a sustainable future through her teaching in BA Interior Design.
