Dr. Nikolina Ljepava is an Assistant Professor of Marketing, Research Methods and Statistics at American University in the Emirates. She is a practice-oriented academic with extensive industry experience in areas of marketing research, e-business and evaluation and assessment from America, Europe and Asia.
She holds a PhD with specialization in Marketing Research from University of Belgrade, and two master degrees in Data Analysis and E-business following a degree in Psychology from University of Windsor, Canada.
Research interests of Dr. Nikolina are related to online consumer behavior, psychology of social media, digital marketing, neuromarketing, survey methodology and online panel research. She is an author of numerous conference papers and articles, and had a number of successful media appearances on the above mentioned topics.
In addition to teaching, research and business experience, Dr. Nikolina is also dedicated to community development and engagement especially in the area of youth Internet safety education.
