Dr. Anand is an Associate Professor at College of Business Administration (COBA) at American University in the Emirates. He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and is a topper and double gold medalist in MBA. He has international experience in academics, research and consulting.
His industry experience includes media research as Director of Research with Audience Measurement and Analytics Ltd and marketing research as Associate Project Director with TNS. He was a core faculty member at Asian Institute of Management (AIM), Manila, and Swinburne University of Technology, Sarawak, Malaysia, and visiting faculty member at Universities in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He has been active in academic leadership positions as associate dean and program director. He also advises business schools for facilitating accreditations, faculty development, and curriculum quality enhancements.
He has written peer-reviewed and professional articles in renowned journals, magazines, and newspapers, which are often being cited. His research interest includes areas related to co-creation, social and digital marketing, higher education, and entrepreneurship.
